Since 2012, the society organises the Annual Meeting on Plant Ecology and Evolution (AMPEE), in close association with the co-editor of the journal Plant Ecology and Evolution. We have not actually managed to hold this meeting every year, but we stick to the original name, because the acronym is so handy.

The next AMPEE, AMPEE5, will be held in the Meise Botanic Garden on Friday 29 November 2019. All information can be found on  https://sites.google.com/plantentuinmeise.be/ampee5/

AMPEE4 was held in the Meise Botanic Garden on Friday 23 March 2018.

AMPEE3 took place in the University of Ghent on Friday 5 February 2016.
